Alumni Liaison

The role is based out of Atlanta, GA.

The purpose of the Alumni Liaison is to steward the relationships with GFM alumni across all of our hubs. This ministry role can be full-time or part-time and support-raising is required. The Alumni Liaison can work on-site and from home regularly.

Required Qualifications

• Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose , vision, values , and statement of faith
• Must identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture (2 Tim 3:16-17; Col 3:16-17)
• Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others (Eph 4:15)
• Must display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking (Heb 10:24-25)
• Must function well both independently and in a team environment (1 Cor 12:25-26)
• Must be able use or learn internal communications and technology systems (Email, Google Drive, Slack, CRM, etc.)
• Must good administrative, organizational, and people skills
• Must have a good understanding of issues that missionaries face on the field

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM records of alumni (contact info, countries served, years served, etc.)
• Collect stories, testimonies and endorsements from alumni as they are on the field
• Maintain facebook group for alumni
• Send out communications to alumni concerning ongoing opportunities with GFM
• Keep our alumni wall updated with prayer cards
• Leverage GFM alumni relationships for program referrals, church partnership leads, and global partner relationships
• Work with GFM tech and admin to develop systems needed for this role
